Health Beyond The Norm

Envision Yourself Strong and Healthy

Scripture:  Numbers 13:33 - … and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers

What vision do you have of yourself?  How to you see yourself? Do you see yourself as weak, sickly and frail? Do you see yourself getting weaker with age? If so, you need a new vision. You need a new perception of yourself. Do you recall the Biblical account of the children of Israel? Twelve spies were sent to check out the land that God had promised them. Ten of the twelve return with bad reports. In Numbers 13, the ten spies with the bad reports stated, “And we were in our sight as grasshoppers…” They saw themselves as weak and unable to walk into what God had promised to them. Well, in God’s word, God promised health, strength, youth restoration and a long satisfying life. Do you see yourselves possessing what God has promised?

See yourself strong and healthy. SEE IT!  SEE IT!  LOOK FOR IT!  SEE IT!

SEE IT in the spirit by believing the word of God.

SEE IT in your mind’s eye by using your imagination to visualize God’s word being manifested in your body.

Once you see it in the spirit and with your imagination, then LOOK FOR IT to manifest in your body. When you look for something you are expecting for it to show up.

And as you look for it expecting, you will SEE IT manifested in your body. Don’t see yourself any other way other than strong, healthy, thriving and full on life.

Father God, thank you for opening my eyes to see myself the way you see me.  I repent for any words or imaginations that I have thought or said of myself as being weak, frail and unhealthy.  Help me to see myself the way you see me – strong, youthful and whole. I thank you that you love me so much that you made provision for me to be in perfect health by the stripes of Jesus.  I pray this in Jesus Name. Amen.

I commit to visualizing myself the way the Word of God describes me as strong, healthy, youthful, whole and full of life. I refuse to see myself any other way.
